Minimum Order:
Our Minimum Order is $ 50.00 not including shipping or service charges
and any orders less than $ 50.00 will be increased to $ 50.00
plus shipping regardless of amount or quantity.

Shipping Methods:
Our standard shipping rates cover insured, ground shipping throughout the USA and US territories. Most domestic orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Most shipments take 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the destination and size of the order. A shipping confirmation will be sent by email when the order has been shipped. Note: Method used for shipping is solely at our discretion. We do not offer any other shipping methods beyond those described above at this time.

Warranty:
Our toner is warranted to be free from defect and to be 100% compatible with the cartridge for which it is intended. We will accept any returns for 30 days. No questions asked.

Return Policy:
All products returned for credit must be returned undamaged and unopened in the original packaging within 30 days of shipment. Returned products are subject to a restocking fee bases on a case by case basis. The current restocking fee is as follows: 20% of the current list price plus our actual shipping charges.
